The Senior Quality Specialist 21N25 plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and services. This individual is responsible for supervising quality assurance processes and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes.
  • Supervise a team of quality specialists to ensure high standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into operations.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze quality data and drive initiatives for process improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to senior management.
  • Investigate customer complaints and develop corrective action plans.
  • Ensure products are manufactured in line with customer expectations and quality guidelines.
  • Lead training sessions to educate staff on best practices in quality management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate quality improvements.
  • Identify and implement technologies that enhance quality and efficiency in processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of quality specialists.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail in problem-solving.
  • Experience with quality management software and statistical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma, is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
