Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development life cycle.
• Identify, isolate, and report software defects, and track their resolution status effectively.
• Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide insight into potential quality issues.
• Automate repetitive test cases to improve the efficiency of the testing process.
• Maintain and enhance automated testing frameworks to support continuous integration.
• Lead QA testing efforts for new projects and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on best testing practices and methodologies.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system robustness under various conditions.
• Communicate testing outcomes with technical and non-technical teams clearly and concisely.
• Analyze testing results to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements for QA workflows and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior role.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and QA methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and load testing strategies.
