To manage project information and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely support for effective project delivery. The job holder will be required to comply with departmental objectives to ensure delivery of projects to the satisfaction of the End Users. He/she will also be required to implement and comply with the Groups policies and procedures.
Job Accountabilities
Project Information Management
Manage the collection, organization, and maintenance of all project-related documentation and data, ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance with internal standards and external requirements.
Facilitate timely distribution and accessibility of project information to relevant stakeholders in line with governance and security policies.
Support the continuous improvement of information management practices to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Coordinate with external stakeholders for maintaining the information properly as per GPPMD standards.
Payments and Financial Coordination
Coordinate and support processing project-related payments and invoices in alignment with contractual milestones, financial procedures.
Verify the accuracy of supporting documentation, maintain proper records, and ensure timely approvals in coordination with project and finance teams.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Compliance
Maintain accurate and current records of project information, payment status, and related correspondence to support reporting and audit requirements.
Support VP in preparation of regular management reports on project information, payment progress.
Support internal and external audits, reviews, and governance activities in line with departmental & corporate policies.
Collaboration and Support
Act as the point of contact for queries related to project data, documentation, and payments.
Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and finance representatives to ensure seamless coordination and timely issue resolution.
Assist in audits, reviews, and other compliance exercises as required by project governance frameworks
Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing information for major infrastructure and building programs, involving multiple, diversified, and concurrent projects and stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and PMO functions.
Strong data management skills.
Knowledge of payment processing.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of project document workflows, archiving, and retrieval practices.
Understanding of project contract documentation, compliance, and approvals.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
