Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in contentious construction disputes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law with specialization in construction law or related field.
  • Admitted to practice as a solicitor or barrister with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in contentious construction law or similar field.
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving complex construction disputes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess legal documents and case materials effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously.
