Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to our prestigious clients, helping them grow and achieve their business goals. In this role, you will leverage your extensive industry knowledge, expertise in account management, and strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and expand the company's reach. As a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams, you will ensure clients' expectations are not only met but exceeded through the exceptional service and strategic partnerships you build.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and foster strong, enduring relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions to clients.
  • Manage client accounts to achieve growth objectives and profitability targets.
  • Identify and present new business opportunities to expand client engagements.
  • Act as the point of contact for all account-related matters for assigned clients.
  • Oversee and ensure the client deliverables are timely and meet expectations.
  • Prepare regular client status reports and account analyses for senior management.
  • Utilize client feedback to drive continuous improvement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing to create strategic sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure contract renewals and assist in negotiation of terms and conditions.
  • Lead and participate in regular client meetings to review account performance.
  • Support new product or service launch initiatives across accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving account growth targets and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to account management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment.
