A reputable Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Sales Team Leader for their team in Dubai, UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Participate in setting realistic forecasts, develop plans and resources to ensure achievement.

  • To be successful you will need to meet the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical/ Medical field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector preferably in OTC/ Consumer Healthcare in the UAE
    • Native Hindi speaker is a must
    • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
    • Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
