Job Description

As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating effective sales processes and enhancing the efficiency of the sales team. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our sales professionals, helping them achieve their targets through meticulous data management, customer interaction, and sales coordination. Your keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach will ensure a seamless client experience and aid in the retention and expansion of our customer base. By acting as a backbone to the sales team, you will contribute significantly to the scalability and success of our business operations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for the sales team to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and proposals.
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and sales records accurately.
  • Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor the sales team's performance and provide analytical support.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and clients to strengthen relationships.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate product launches and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or related administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
