Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative (02D25) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting and exceeding sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service. This person will be a key player in driving the sales process, from initial client contact through to the closing of sales. Success in this role means successfully identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting compelling product solutions that demonstrate the value of our offerings. The role demands individuals who are enthusiastic about our products and committed to providing an outstanding buying experience for our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through strategic market research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales.
  • Meet and exceed predetermined sales targets and performance metrics regularly.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations to effectively communicate product value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team based on client interaction.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction both pre- and post-sale.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide regular updates via sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work cooperatively with internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and sell solutions accordingly.
  • Proficiency with CRM software for managing sales and client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and other sales initiatives.
