Job Description

The Sales Manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and sustaining competitive business strategies within the market. As a Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of sales professionals, crafting strategic plans and executing tactics to maximize revenue potential. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales staff, providing feedback and training as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing service or product issues.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large, influential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Organize and attend industry events and trade shows to increase product and brand awareness.
  • Adopt innovative selling techniques and campaigns to drive continuous sales growth.
  • Implement policies and procedures that align with company sales goals and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to success.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-driven approach to sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to travel for meetings with customers and industry events as needed.
