Job Description

The Sales Executive at 29N25 is a dynamic and pivotal role designed for highly motivated and target-driven professionals. As a key player in the sales team, you will have the responsibility of driving sales growth and building long-term relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be identifying and closing new business opportunities, promoting our portfolio of products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads to achieve company objectives.
  • Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and client satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on sales performance against set targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on strategies and lead generation efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market competitors’ activities.
  • Participate in trade shows and networking events to enhance product visibility.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify sales trends and growth opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are essential.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics and reports.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend sales events.
