Job Description

A Sales Executive at 11N25 is responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients. This role is pivotal in achieving the company's growth objectives by identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and diligently working towards sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness.

  • Negotiate deals and contract terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress and performance metrics.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to enhance professional connections.
  • Provide after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage contacts, track sales activities, and update records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and perseverance to close sales successfully.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for various tasks.
