The Role:

To supervise merchandising operation in sales division to achieve company Merchandising standards by implementing & maintaining the company merchandising policy & Planogram in all trade channels.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• College diploma.
• 2 years supervisory experience in similar FMCG van sales environment.
• Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
• Driving license.
• Competencies such as; Planning & organizing skills; Time management; Good temperament; Active listening; Customer relation/ focus; Knowledge of displays/ Planogram; Shelf space management; Reporting & feedback.
