Job Description

Handle full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and project-based roles across the Power Division.

• Understand manpower requirements for ongoing projects, shutdowns, and new mobilizations.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, agencies, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, client assessments, and technical evaluations.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain updated CV databases and talent pipelines for urgent deployments.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare weekly recruitment dashboards and vacancy status reports for management.
• Candidate must have prior recruitment experience in Engineering and Construction industry (preferably power, MEP, EPC or heavy industrial projects).
