The role of a Receptionist Cum Administrative Assistant is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within an organization. This hybrid position combines the duties of a front-office ambassador with critical administrative functions. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general support to visitors and assist with inquiries or issues.
  • Coordinate and organize travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information.
  • Assist with office administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operation across the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
