Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in off-plan projects to join our fast-growing team. As an off-plan real estate agent, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales for new property developments, liaising with developers, and managing customer relationships throughout the purchasing process. You will be an integral part of our sales team, offering your expertise to help clients envision and invest in their future homes or investment properties. Your primary focus will be understanding client needs, providing them with comprehensive information about new developments, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients interested in buying off-plan properties.
  • Liaise with property developers to understand the features and benefits of projects.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and pricing strategies.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including financing options.
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and site visits.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with buyers and developers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, property laws, and market conditions.
  • Ensure all sales comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Manage client expectations and address their queries effectively and promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent specializing in off-plan sales is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, especially property development projects.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful sales negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certification in Real Estate would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite for managing sales activities.
