  • Participate in real estate seminars and networking events to grow professional expertise.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid real estate agent license in the applicable state.
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proven experience closing sales in a demanding market environment preferred.
  • Proficient in using real estate databases and customer relationship management tools.
  • Availability for flexible work schedules, including weekends and evenings.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent organizational skills.
