Job Description

The Quality Executive 18N25 is a pivotal role within the quality management department, responsible for ensuring that all company products and processes meet required standards before they reach the customer. This position requires an individual who possesses a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various departments. The Quality Executive will work closely with production teams, compliance officers, and senior management to implement and maintain high-quality standards. This is a dynamic role that involves continuous assessment and improvement of quality control procedures, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a reactive and proactive working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management systems, problem-solving skills, and a dedication to achieving excellence in product manufacturing and service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies and systems to improve product quality.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate with production managers to implement corrective actions for quality failures.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement within operations.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the research and development team to establish product-teaming criteria.
  • Ensure all departments are adhering to quality practices and company policies consistently.
  • Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, implementing changes as needed to improve satisfaction.
  • Oversee the documentation process, ensuring all quality management records are accurate.
  • Initiate new quality improvement projects in line with strategic business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry developments and integrate best practices whenever possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality management or related role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management standards such as ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
