We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The Property Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through both residential and commercial real estate transactions. As a Property Consultant, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets and growing our client base. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert property consultation services in both residential and commercial sectors.
  • Identify client requirements and match them with suitable property options.
  • Conduct market research to keep updated with current industry trends and prices.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach favorable deals.
  • Assist clients in every step of property transactions, including legal documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with property owners and potential clients.
  • Schedule property viewings and accompany clients during these visits.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all interactions and client preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events to promote the brand and generate new business leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant in a competitive real estate market.
  • Strong understanding of property sales processes and local market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office.
  • Valid real estate license or certification relevant to the region of operation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple inquiries.
