Job Description

A Property Consultant is a dynamic professional who plays a crucial role in the real estate industry. They provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' real estate needs and provide expert advisory services tailored to their requirements.
  • Research and analyze market trends to offer strategic advice on property investment and management.
  • Assist clients during the property buying, selling, and leasing process ensuring a smooth transaction.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial teams to assist clients in paperwork and due diligence.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase properties to potential buyers and investors.
  • Foster a strong network of real estate professionals to increase sales opportunities and referrals.
  • Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients to achieve their best financial outcomes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive property listing database and ensure it is updated with current market availability.
  • Stay informed of local market changes to provide clients with timely and accurate information.
  • Establish positive relationships with all clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Participate in real estate workshops and seminars to enhance industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Deliver excellent post-sale services to clients ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy with a strong sales acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate markets and current property trends.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
