Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred by employers.
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar position in real estate.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals swiftly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and satisfaction.
• Knowledgeable about local property market and current real estate trends and regulations.
• Proficiency in using real estate business applications and MS Office suite.
• Valid real estate agent's or broker's license required, in accordance with regional laws.
• Strong analytical and research skills to provide accurate property evaluations and advice.
