"As a Service Product Owner at Emirates NBD, your role is to oversee the development and implementation of branch services, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with the bank’s strategic objectives. You will act as a bridge between the branch network and the technology department, playing a key role in enhancing the customer experience and driving operational efficiency within the bank.

Key results & Tasks

  • Product Roadmap and Prioritization

A well-defined product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.

Main Tasks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision.
  • Prioritize backlog items based on impact and feasibility.
  • Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
  • User-Centric Design and Usability

User-friendly features that enhance customer experiences

Main Tasks

  • Conduct user research to understand pain points.
  • Translate user needs into detailed requirements.
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles.

3-Continuous Improvement and Adaptation

Iterative enhancements to the product based on feedback and changing requirements.

  • Conduct retrospectives with the team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Adapt the product roadmap based on market shifts and emerging trends.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and agility."
