Role Overview:

The Product Manager – Trading Platforms (App & Web) will take ownership of CFI’s core trading platform, which powers both mobile and web experiences. This is not about building from scratch, but about enhancing and evolving a platform already trusted by clients globally. The role focuses on ensuring that the trading experience remains seamless, competitive, and innovative across all digital touchpoints. The Product Manager will collaborate with Technology, Business, Marketing, and Operations to expand capabilities, improve usability, and scale the platform as CFI grows.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership

• Own the integrated product roadmap for CFI’s trading platform across app and web.

• Drive enhancements and new features that strengthen the platform’s value proposition.

• Ensure a consistent, intuitive, and high-performance experience across devices.

Client Experience & Innovation

• Build on a strong foundation of user experience, ensuring speed, reliability, and simplicity.

• Leverage analytics, client insights, and market benchmarks to identify improvements.

• Introduce innovative features that keep CFI ahead of competitors.

Execution & Delivery

• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for platform updates.

• Partner with Technology, QA, DevOps, and Compliance to deliver reliable, high-quality rollouts.

• Ensure continuous alignment with regulatory standards while maintaining agility.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work with Business and Marketing to increase adoption, engagement, and retention.

• Partner with Operations and Compliance to ensure seamless onboarding and trading flows.

• Act as the internal subject-matter expert for CFI’s trading platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years managing trading or digital financial platforms.

• Proven success in enhancing and scaling established platforms, not just launching new ones.

• Strong knowledge of trading ecosystems, client experience, and competitive platforms.

• Experience in agile product delivery and data-driven product decisions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
