Description:
The PR and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance CFIs brand visibility and reputation. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively connect with media outlets, build a robust PR messaging house, and implement PR campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Media Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and manage media inquiries.
PR Strategy: Create and implement effective PR strategies to build and enhance the CFI brand, ensuring alignment with the companys overall marketing and business goals.
Messaging House: Develop and maintain a PR messaging house that articulates CFIs key messages, value propositions, and brand story across all communication channels.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media pitches, events, and other initiatives to promote CFIs products, services, and achievements.
Crisis Management: Lead crisis communication efforts, providing timely and accurate responses to mitigate potential reputational damage.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create compelling and relevant content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PR and communication to ensure CFI remains at the forefront of the financial sector.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in PR and communication roles, preferably within the financial services or related industry.
Strong network of media contacts and relationships with key journalists and influencers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful messages.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful PR strategies and campaigns.
Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Arabic is mandatory
