About the Role
We are looking for a motivated People Administrator & PRO to join our People team to support the day-to-day People operations and government relations activities for the business in Dubai and KSA, with a strong focus on DMCC processes and compliance.
The role is responsible for coordinating employee lifecycle administration, including visa and immigration activities, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll inputs, and acting as the key liaison with DMCC and relevant UAE government authorities.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to employee support and compliance management.
The ideal candidate will be highly energetic, professional and able to demonstrate integrity and discretion in all tasks. As this role involves handling sensitive personal and company data, you must be able to manage confidential information with the highest level of care and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
At Trivandi all our roles are broad and flexible, but here’s a flavour of where you’ll focus your time:
HR Administration- Support day-to-day People administration activities across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
- Prepare letters, certificates and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases ensuring all information is up to date and compliant.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees including document collection, inductions and system access requests.
- Track probation periods, visa expiry dates, passport renewals and other key employee milestones.
- Support payroll administration by preparing monthly payroll inputs including leave, allowances, deductions and employee changes.
- Maintain annual leave and attendance records.
- Respond to employee queries relating to HR policies, benefits, visas and company procedures.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
- Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding administration.
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with UAE labour law and company policies.
PRO & Government Relations Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for DMCC and relevant UAE government authorities.
- Manage and process employment visas, labour cards, Emirates IDs, medicals and residency permits.
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, cancellations and status changes for employees
- Maintain accurate tracking of all visa and immigration activities and ensure renewals are completed in advance of expiry dates.
- Ensure compliance with all DMCC regulations and UAE immigration requirements.
- Coordinate document attestation and notarisation processes where required.
- Support WPS and labour-related administrative requirements.
- Keep up to date with changes to UAE labour law, immigration regulations and DMCC requirements and communicate impacts to the business.
- Support the KSA People team with KSA Business Visa applications and renewals, monitoring expiry dates and turnaround times. Ensure all documentation is complete and correct before employees visit the visa processing centre.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Personal Skills and Experience
The key knowledge, experience, and qualifications we are looking for include:
- 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or People operations in Dubai, ideally within a professional services or fast-paced environment.
- Strong administration skills developed within a professional setting.
- Experience with HRMS platforms or other relevant HR information system.
- Proficient in the use of IT and Microsoft programmes and iOS applications.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Desirable - DMCC systems knowledge
- Desirable – KSA business visa and Iqama knowledge
- Strongly desirable - Arabic speaker
