A Payroll Expert plays a critical role in any organization, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. Responsibilities

  • Process company payrolls with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws.
  • Calculate pay adjustments, bonuses, and expenses as needed.
  • Respond to employee questions and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare and submit reports on payroll activities to management.
  • Audit payroll processes and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting departments for seamless operations.
  • Manage payroll-related tax filings and resolve any tax issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling payroll responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills required.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
