About Madinat Jumeirah

Set along a two-kilometre stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels. About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager - Al Fayrooz Lounge to join Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage the implementation of Food and Beverage standards in the outlet ensuring that staff take corrective actions as necessary in adherence to Jumeirah policies and standards.
  • Monitor outlet profitability, analyze performance issues, and recommend solutions to enhance financial results.
  • Maintain strong team relationships by supporting collaboration, addressing concerns, and providing training and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and service delivery.
  • Consistently assess food, beverage, and service quality, escalating guest complaints or major issues to senior management when required.
  • Gather and act on guest feedback to enhance satisfaction, promote excellence, and uphold Jumeirah’s standards of luxury hospitality.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of service standards, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional guest service mindset with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
