We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive specializing in building materials to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with professionalism and expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Stay informed on new products, services, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in building materials.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and related products.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
