Job Description

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in the expansion of our customer base and the development of our market presence. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth by reaching out to potential clients in various regions, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that effectively meet those needs. This role requires a self-motivated and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be the face of our company, responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, as well as identifying new sales opportunities. This position offers the chance to work with a dedicated team, with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and advancement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in the designated territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits to businesses and potential clients to present our products.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and networking.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Organize and conduct presentations to demonstrate product specifications and features.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns for market penetration.
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service to retain clients and foster loyalty.
  • Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events to increase brand awareness.
  • Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies to meet market conditions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers to improve the quality of our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in outdoor sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and handle rejection professionally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for daily operations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively to meet clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a motivated sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
