What You’ll Deliver

• You'll support the delivery of key strategic Talent, Selection, Assessment and Development initiatives.
• You’ll focus on employee experience, talent branding, data analysis of development & selection programmes as well as digitalization and automation
• You'll be responsible to deliver the candidate journey, both internally and externally, ensuring a high level of service is delivered within appropriate SLA’s.
  
  

What You Bring

• You should be educated to a bachelor’s level in Human Resources or Business Management with a minimum of 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development function.
• You’ll have knowledge of application tracking systems; Taleo, Sniperhire, ORC or relevant
• You’ll be proficient using MS Office tools; word, powerpoint and excel
• Level A&P or project management training is desirable.
