Job Description

The Office Manager & HR Support role is a comprehensive position that requires a versatile individual capable of managing various administrative and HR related responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow within the office.
  • Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Organize office meetings, events, and arrange travel logistics for staff as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for the workplace.
  • Handle sensitive employee data and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management when required.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing company HR policies and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years in administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and regulations in the workplace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage workplace relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
