Job Description
The MENA Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team in the MENA region and achieving sales targets. They are responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the MENA market.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans for the MENA region.
- Leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with clients.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Providing sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Training and mentoring the sales team to improve performance.
- Attending industry events and networking with potential clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role in the MENA region.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the MENA market.
