Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field required.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist from an accredited board preferred.
• Proven experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory setting advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and testing methodologies essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise protocols.
