Job Description

As a Manager of Key Accounts specializing in the fitness industry, your primary responsibility will be to manage and expand relationships with strategically important clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for these key accounts, ensuring their needs are met with a comprehensive range of services, products, and support. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth, crafting strategies that align with client goals, and maximizing account profitability. Your interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and strategic insight will drive success and build lasting partnerships in the competitive fitness sector.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the fitness sector.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business and increase client satisfaction levels.
  • Create strategic plans tailored to meet the objectives of each key account.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits and align with clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to discuss performance, opportunities, and collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate clients’ needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports on account progress.
  • Develop strategies to improve the market share within the fitness industry.
  • Prepare and present proposals to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to clients to enhance their experience with our products.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management within the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts successfully.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of fitness industry trends and market dynamics.
