Job Description

A Mall Marketing Manager plays an essential role in driving traffic to shopping malls, increasing the visibility of retail outlets, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. This role requires strategic planning, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders including the shopping mall operations team, retail tenants, and external vendors. Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies that increase mall foot traffic.
  • Coordinate with mall tenants to design and execute joint marketing promotions.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential promotional opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Plan and execute events or activities that enhance the shopping experience for visitors.
  • Collaborate with external advertising agencies to produce marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work with the mall management team to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Establish relationships with local businesses and community organizations to drive collaboration.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategy implementation.
  • Oversee customer feedback mechanisms to ensure continuous improvement in service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mall policies in all marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a marketing manager, preferably within retail or hospitality sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Outstanding leadership capabilities with a knack for innovative thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
