The role of a Luxury Property Consultant is a dynamic and prestigious position that requires exceptional skills in sales, negotiation, and a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market. As a Luxury Property Consultant, you will be joining a team of professionals dedicated to delivering first-class service to high-end clients. Your primary role will be assisting clients in buying and selling luxury properties, offering them advice and guidance through every step of the property transaction process. Strategically involved in negotiations and leveraging extensive networks, you will forge strong connections with clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored solutions. This role not only requires business acumen but also a refined sense of style, architecture, and interior design to adequately cater to the luxury segment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market analysis to inform clients effectively.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Stay informed about the luxury property industry trends, market changes, and innovations.
  • Negotiate and close high-value property deals with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and financing related to luxury real estate.
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, appraisers, and other professionals as needed.
  • Utilize marketing resources to effectively promote luxury properties to potential buyers.
  • Prepare detailed property sales reports and forecasts to management and clients.
  • Develop and execute innovative approaches to reach new luxury property clients.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales and property consultancy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful high-value deal closures.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international luxury real estate markets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of integrity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
