The Project

Mace is delivering a major, multi-phase development in Dubai, focused on creating a world-class destination for large-scale international events, business activity, and tourism. The programme forms a key part of the city’s long-term growth strategy and will significantly enhance its position as a global hub for commerce, innovation, and connectivity.

The Role

Mace is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join the delivery partner team, playing a critical role in supporting the transition into the next phase of delivery. The role will focus on planning, coordinating, and managing all construction logistics activities across the site, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless operations in a highly constrained, multi-contractor environment.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage site logistics operations, including, access and egress planning, traffic and transportation management and delivery scheduling and material flow.
• Manage the preparation and management of Construction Logistics Plans (CLP) and traffic management plans.
• Coordinate logistics across multiple contractors and work packages to ensure efficient site operation.
• Manage interface relationships between contractors, enabling smooth sequencing and minimising disruption.
• Oversee laydown areas, storage zones, and consolidation strategies to optimise site utilisation.
• Ensure effective management of site access control, gate operations and workforce movement.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all logistics activities.
• Monitor logistics performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with planning, construction, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with programme delivery.
• Lead logistics coordination meetings and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working within a PMC, delivery partner, or Tier 1 contractor environment.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
