Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Linux Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize enterprise Linux environments supporting critical banking and business applications.

The role focuses on system hardening, patch management, automation, performance optimization, and maintaining highly available production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Linux Administration & Operations

• Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
• Perform OS patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
  
  

• Implement system hardening using CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIG standards.
• Manage SELinux policies and kernel-level security configurations.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and security reviews.
  
  

• Automate patching and configuration management using Ansible and Red Hat Satellite.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot Linux-related issues.
• Develop shell scripts and automation workflows.
