Relevant experience: 1–3 years of experience in payments, product support, operations, or migration?related work
Mandatory requirements:
Strong understanding of commercial card product nuances and the operational implications of product changes.
Ability to independently drive migration tasks and follow through on execution milestones.
Strong coordination and communication skills to support delivery across teams and markets.
Data and analytics capability is a strong advantage.
Exposure to CMS, card platforms, or core processing environments is preferred.
Comfortable working in an execution-focused support role within a regional delivery team.
Able to manage multiple workstreams across migration, product support, and BAU activities.
Experience supporting cross-market initiatives is an advantage
PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
This is a Product, execution-focused support role within client's Commercial cards Team. The resource will play a key role in managing CMS migration activities while also supporting the initial product and operational setup required for regional expansion across Oman, KSA, and Egypt.
Alongside migration delivery, the role will contribute to ongoing product-based and BAU activities across the portfolio. The 2026 focus areas include migration to NI Core, support for the co-brand initiative, Oman and KSA expansion, and day-to-day execution support across client's Commercial Card Innovation
Key Activities
Core Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Migration & Execution Support:
Manage day-to-day CMS migration activities, including tracking actions, coordinating dependencies, and supporting execution against agreed timelines.
Independently drive assigned migration tasks, prepare working materials, support issue resolution, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery progress.
Support product and operational setup for regional expansion across Oman, KSA, and Egypt, including readiness activities, documentation, and coordination across teams.
Product & BAU Support:
Provide ongoing product-based and BAU support across client's Commercial Card Innovation., ensuring continuity of execution alongside migration work.
Contribute to 2026 priority activities, including NI Core migration, co brand support, Oman and KSA expansion, and broader portfolio support requirements.
Assist with tracking, reporting, and analysis of delivery activities; use data and analytics where applicable to support decision-making and highlight risks or opportunities
