A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in SAP management. Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including procedures, configurations, and user guides.
- Manage and lead a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular assessments of SAP systems to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities for innovation.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to SAP technology, advising senior management on strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to SAP systems and data.
- Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP-related projects and provide training and support to end users as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP systems.
- SAP certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
