We are seeking an Industrialization Program Engineer is in charge of Site Transfer Project (from EATON plant or EMS) & New Project Introduction project, structured by ProLaunch process. Manage functionaly manufacturing plant resources assigned for introduction of transfered or new projects, from Gate 0 to Gate 5. Is respresentative of manufacturing plant in project team. Application field is related to EATON Electronic board and Finished goods production related to several EATON divisions: Life Safety, PMCC, DPQ and others.
What You’ll Do
- Program manager for STP prolaunch project directed to Dubai Manufacturing plant. Lead multi-site team (EATON R&Ds, manufacturing plants, and other division actors) to ensure start of production in expected quality, cost, and timeline constraints .
- Active member of NPI project team, as representative of Dubai manufacturing plants organization. Participate in STP prolaunch project for transfer outside Dubai plant too.
- Responsible of manufacturing delivrables during prolaunch process, through gates.
- Ensure industrialization activities completion, schedule management, Budget tracking and project reporting from manufacturing side.
- Is project team/Manufacturing plant point of contact during industrialization phase and ramp-Up until capacity/quality/budget targets reaching.
- Optimize and maintains robust, cost efficient manufacturing processes and product structures consistent with lean manufacturing practices. Must be mindful of Electronic processes (SMD & Assembly) and test capabilities. Assists others in root cause and failure analysis as required.
- Promotes culture of continuous improvement and understands lean manufacturing techniques as they apply to eliminate waste and deliver products to customer’s expectations.
Qualifications
- Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Degree
- 10+ years experience in Mechatronic industrialization, as Industrialization program engineer/manager
Skills
- Electronic manufacturing process knowledge and understanding
- Industrial activities scheduling, budgeting and reporting responsibilityProven capability to track suppliers activities to secure schedule/Quality/Budget
- Ability to lead multi-skill team (SCM, Manuf. Eng., Quality, Production, EHS,...)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong data analytic skillset
- Good interpersonal skills and planning ability
- High level of attention to detail
- Highly ethical and able to work in cross functional team
- Experience in Managing multicultural Team a strong plus
- SMT/Wave soldering technology, mechatronic assembly & Testing
- MS Excel, Power BI, SAP,Enovia,SAP BW, Microsoft Project
