Job Description

An HR Manager II plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our human resources processes. This position is designed for experienced HR professionals who are ready to take on advanced responsibilities in overseeing and developing human resource policies, programs, and practices. The HR Manager II will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and support to management regarding complex HR issues and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor law regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes of qualified candidates for key positions.
  • Design and execute training and development programs that enhance employee capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on organizational change and workforce planning.
  • Lead the performance appraisal process and support managers in employee evaluations.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Maintain a positive workforce environment and manage employee grievances and disputes.
  • Monitor job market trends to keep the HR practices competitive and innovative.
  • Create and maintain HR policies that foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and recommendations to improve processes and workforce efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a senior HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and best HR practices in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements successfully.
  • Experience with HR software and talent management systems preferred for daily operations.
