Job Description

As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workplace environment and culture of our organization. You will be responsible for leading the human resources department, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective HR services across the company. The position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent, improving processes, and enhancing employee engagement. You will work closely with senior management to align HR practices with business goals, develop HR policies, oversee recruitment and retention, and manage employee relations. Your ability to lead and inspire your team will be crucial in promoting a dynamic and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and satisfaction of all employees.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of employees.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and enhance organizational culture and employee morale.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system driving high performance and accountability.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits program to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage HR staff, ensuring high levels of capability and performance.
  • Implement and manage strategies focused on improving workplace diversity and inclusion.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and address company needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with exceptional leadership skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and utilizing them for business improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
