BK Gulf LLC is looking for an experienced HR Administrator who will be responsible for managing various HR functions within the company and supporting the HR team in all administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the recruitment process for construction roles, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Managing employee records, including keeping track of attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives for employees in the construction industry.
  • Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator in a construction company or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to the construction sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with a diverse range of employees.
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications for managing data and generating reports efficiently.
