Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome gym members and visitors with a friendly attitude.
• Provide detailed information about gym facilities, services, and membership options.
• Assist members with check-in, ensuring smooth entry and exit procedures.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance member satisfaction.
• Coordinate gym tours and introduce new members to the facility and equipment.
• Oversee membership processing, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy.
• Handle phone calls and email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of front desk and reception areas.
• Ensure compliance with gym policies and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist in setting up and supporting gym events and special promotions.
• Collaborate with the gym staff to support a positive team environment.
• Monitor member attendance and access patterns for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar guest-facing position.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy reception area efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of gym operations and fitness culture is advantageous.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
