The Field Service Resource Planner role involves close collaboration with the field service and project management teams. The responsibilities include managing all planning-related inquiries and ensuring project demands are met, either through the local team or by leveraging resources from other regions. Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, as it is the primary tool used for planning within the field service team.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Collaborate with Project Management and Field Service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Keep the planning for Field Service Resources (FSRs) updated within the respective system.
- Assign Field Service personnel based on their skill sets and availability.
- Develop and regularly update the competency matrix for the Field Service team.
- Prepare forecast reports for the assigned team and verify the actual hours worked by the Field Service team.
- Assist the delegation officer and commercial officer in managing Field Service personnel, ensuring all required documents are valid, and contributing to process improvements in daily operations.
What You Bring
- Must hold UAE citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, IT, or Science from a recognized university or college.
- Preferably experienced in scheduling, planning, or process improvement; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Primavera and/or Salesforce is highly advantageous.
- Strong skills in office application tools and advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated, process-oriented, a team player, and comfortable working in multicultural teams.
