Job Description

The Field Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and cultivating client relationships for our company. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Achieve set sales targets consistently and within specified timeframes.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client's needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities including client details and sales reports.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and seminars to promote products.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance sales approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements and client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to exceed sales targets.
