Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years experience in an IT support role necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking essentials.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills are required for this role.
  • Ability to travel frequently to various field locations as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
