Responsibilities

• Review and approve electrical design plans and specifications for accuracy.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical designs effectively.
• Participate in design reviews, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and safety regulations in all designs.
• Oversee the development of electrical design documentation and schematics.
• Use advanced software tools to enhance the efficiency of electrical design processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as required.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical design engineering roles.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred but not required.
