Job Description
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing the online sales and operations of a company's e-commerce platform. They work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, optimize user experience, and drive online sales. Additionally, they monitor website performance, analyze customer data, and make data-driven recommendations to improve the online shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and user experience to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze customer data and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Provide customer support and resolve inquiries or complaints related to online sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or online sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
