Deputy Manager - Technical Urgent Hiring

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Deputy Manager – Technical for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical coordination, design review, BIM integration, and execution support across large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate technical activities for high-rise building projects.
• Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Support project teams in resolving technical and engineering-related issues.
• Oversee BIM coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review and manage Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, authority requirements, and company procedures.
• Assist in technical submissions, material approvals, and design coordination activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Strong technical coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical priorities and project deadlines effectively.
